The more we can separate content from technology, to be respected in it’s own right, the better we will all be.
So many different technology, learning, and communication projects taught us just how important content is. We believe that it’s critical to define targeted goals and outcomes, design the experiences, build content to match… then mess with the delivery mechanism. We believe any project is only as good as its strategy — so whether it’s a simple site or a complex challenge with decades of content from a knowledge base, there are similar opportunities and similar challenges.
What we have done
We work with different organizations to help them make better content: web and learning content, which share some challenges, but diverge greatly in the details (especially when the content is to support just-in-time performance). We perform content audits, user research, information architecture and assist with copywriting, initially, in a strategy implementation.
